Financing Options

Most customers buying or building an EasyBuild House Pack will require some kind of finance.

The way you intend to run your EasyBuild House Pack project will determine your home loan options, and how much of a deposit is required. With both build options, we recommend you talk to your local home loan broker who will be best placed to advise you on the home loan option/s most suitable for you. If you would like a recommendation of a broker, please Contact Us.

Purchasing your EasyBuild House Pack from a Local Builder

In this situation, your builder will complete your build and run your project for you as part of a comprehensive build contract, which may or may not include your site or section. It will qualify you for one type of home loan.

With this approach your payments will be on the builder’s terms, and agreed to in your building contract. We recommend you talk to your builder about their terms and request a contract from them outlining their payment terms and any other aspects of your build process.

When building your EasyBuild House Pack in a build contract with a local builder, you may qualify for a deposit as low as 5% on your home loan, something which is unique to building new.

Purchasing your EasyBuild House Pack Direct from ITM

With this approach you will purchase a House Pack direct from your local ITM store, manage the project yourself, and have a builder complete some or all of the house pack. This build approach will qualify you for a different type of home loan.

If you are buying direct from ITM, you will need to set up an account with ITM and proceed with payment on their terms.
