Indicative Timelines

EasyBuild offers a unique type of construction, which is different to standard builds or traditional kitset homes. With EasyBuild, the timber portal frames and panels comprise the unique structure of the house, with components arriving to site pre-cut and pre-constructed. With our House Packs the exterior panels are finished on the inside, and all windows and exterior doors are pre-installed.

Key Timelines

Preparation of Consent Documents by EasyBuild: Allow 10 working days from receipt of all relevant documents from customer.
Consent Approval from Local Authority: Allow 10 working days for your local authority to provide consent approval.
Laying of Foundations: Allow approx. one week for a professional contractor to complete the foundations.
On-site Construction - with two full time builders: Houses can be enclosed and watertight within one week and fully complete in six to nine weeks.
On-site Construction - for DIY projects: For DIY projects, allow a few extra weeks on top of the six to nine week estimate for a professionally built house pack.
