We’re an established and trusted brand that’s known for its quality and are managed by our founding Directors Mike Fox and Luke Ryan, who’ve run successful New Zealand building companies for more than 40 years.

Supported by our team, Licensees receive a full wraparound service for their business, including established, proven and trusted administration systems and sales and marketing support. Each House Pack is fully priced and costed, and take-offs and ordering sorted, so you and your team can focus on the build and deliver top quality, affordable, energy efficient homes to customers nationwide.

Plus, all of our designs have MBIE MultiProof approval, which makes getting your jobs started, and your customers into their new homes significantly faster.

And at the end of the day, we’re keeping it Kiwi – EasyBuild is New Zealand owned and operated, our House Packs, which have been designed for tough NZ conditions are manufactured right here in New Zealand at our Upper Hutt factory, and we source our products locally wherever we can.

House Plans and Designs

More than 25 modern house plans and designs, fully developed, costed and quantified with required building components, all of which have MBIE MultiProof approval.

Referrals, Leads and Sales Support

New enquiries and referrals directed from the National Support Office to the local licensee, and sales support from our national Relationship Manager.

Marketing

Marketing support for promotional materials, and national website promoting EasyBuild houses and local licensees.

Established, Easy Systems and Operational Support

Established and proven business systems, with PC based accounting and full job costing packages. Ongoing operational support and advice.
