Concrete slab foundations specific to your site are laid.
Construction begins with the frame posts, which are fixed to brackets in your foundation.
Rafters are attached to the frame posts and ridge beam, forming the shape of your timber portal framing.
The House Pack is now ready to have its exterior panels and ceiling sheets installed.
Pre-built panels, including pre-installed windows, are pushed between the frame posts, forming the exterior walls of your home.
Ceiling sheets are installed on the exterior of your portal framing. The house is now fully enclosed, ready for your roof.
With the main structure complete, you can move on to exterior and interior finishings, including roofing, cladding, and interior framing.
Timber pile foundations specific to your site are laid.
Construction begins with the timber floor pack.
Frame posts are installed over your floor beams and bolted in place, before the flooring sheets are laid.
