Wesley Rātā Village is a 25 home project providing affordable rental housing for Wesley Community Action to make available to people on the Government Housing Register, offering warm, safe, dry housing to people struggling in a difficult rental market.

The beautiful 60 hectare site is now home to 8 one bedroom Tekapo designs, 13 two bedroom Wanaka designs, and four 4 bedroom Cromwell, designs in a variety of duplex options.

Wesley Community Action’s vision for the site is to strengthen the local Naenae community by providing quality rental homes, mostly for older residents, and create a place for the community to come together, build wellbeing and resilience, and share across the generations.

EasyBuild provided a complete turnkey solution for Wesley Rātā Village, which covers design, ground works, piling, manufacture, delivery and installation of the EasyBuild Homes, onsite finishing and connection to services.
